We hope that you are delighted with your purchase. We are very meticulous on product quality and ensure that there is no damage or defect whatsoever with your order.

In the rare event that item received is damaged, incorrect or incomplete, please immediately send us an email together with the photo of the product at nightingaleintimates.com for confirmation of subject issue.

We allow return & exchange or return & refund for orders confirmed faulty or defective. We shall shoulder all the return and replacement fees and correct the error the soonest. Please note that we only accommodate reports done within 7 days of receipt of package.

Unfortunately, please be advised that, unless faulty or damaged upon receipt, we cannot accept returns of our intimates due to incorrect sizing and change of mind for hygiene reasons.
